Service Limitations & Liability:
AMC Conditions: While SEON offers comprehensive and non-comprehensive AMCs, their liability for product failure is strictly limited to the terms outlined in the specific warranty or AMC document. They are not liable for incidental data loss or business downtime caused by power failures.
Third-Party Repairs: The terms typically stipulate that the warranty becomes void if the UPS systems are opened, repaired, or modified by unauthorized personnel (anyone other than a verified SEON engineer).
Intellectual Property:
All product specifications, manuals (e.g., SEON Pro Series User Manual), brochures, and website content (designed by SdC) are the intellectual property of SEON and cannot be reproduced without permission.
Governing Law:
Because the company is headquartered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, the Terms of Use will state that any legal disputes regarding products, warranties, or services are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur.
